The 5th graders traveled to Gary Staab's studio northwest of Kearney. We toured his studio and learned about his work recreating extinct animals and various other sculptures. His work can be found in many museums including the Smithsonian. He recently made a model of a new T-Rex called Lythronax. Here is a link to learn more about Lythronax:
